InQuestion: HUD sells houses in flood zones

In a recent investigative report, NPR found that the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) knowingly sold homes to the poor and working class in known flood zones. Places like Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and even Hawaii where flooding is a real threat. HUD sold homes without proper disclosure to the buyers of the risk.
