What if Americans adopted Germany's "cash only ethos" for consumers?

Winners and Losers-effects on US economy-your thoughts re poor and lower middle class Americans paying cash only- and or a barter system. As a working class person I avoid credit like cancer. I see credit like fire-you need to heat your house in the winter or cook your food but otherwise its good to avoid-rich morgan brookhaven NY 40 year and still active union member and a listener to "Economic Update" WPKN fm Bridgeport CT

I’ve always been wary of credit, much like you, and often check reviews about how banks handle customer concerns before deciding anything. Living cash-only could work, but without easy access to help, problems stack up fast. That’s why having the BMO Harris Bank customer service number https://bmo-harris-bank.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html saved me multiple times when unexpected charges or errors occurred. Small tips like these make the system more manageable for the lower and middle class.
