    Thank you professor for your honesty and courage regarding the truth on who pays this tariff. It is unfortunate that that this is an uphill battle which cannot be won under the control of the financials in charge of this system. I do not believe that presidents have the last say or ultimate power in our country or that policies experienced are not pre planned or deliberate.
