Brutal Signs of a Collapsing Empire

Richard Wolff discusses on Dialogue Works his perspective that both Western political ideologies and capitalism are in decline, as evidenced by election outcomes like Emmanuel Macron's defeat in France. He notes that neither the political right nor the left propose viable solutions to the systemic issues facing capitalist societies. Wolff highlights the growing economic might of China and asserts that the West's failure to establish partnerships with emerging powers is a strategic mistake. He views the BRICS countries' initiative for a North-South transportation corridor as a future economic powerhouse, with Europe potentially losing out for not being more integrated. Wolff concludes by expressing disappointment over Western denial of their declining global economic influence and calls for a more honest assessment of global economic shifts.

Strong article — “Brutal Signs of a Collapsing Empire” highlights some really stark indicators of systemic stress in the U.S. economy and geopolitical influence. The sections on long-term debt and declining infrastructure struck me the most. https://run3-online.io

In essence, what does Mr. Wolff propose as a means of national economic management, with a focus on the present day, the United States (for reasons that should be readily apparent), and Australia (where I currently reside)? https://monkeymartgame.io

I see nowhere to put this question/these questions so please excuse me putting them here for want of better:
    1. Is this a bona fide Richard Wolff interview and where can I find a list of all such that includes it?
    2. Essentially what does Mr Wolff advocate as a way of managing the economics of a nation with a particular view to today and to USA for obvious reasons and to Australia because that’s where I am?
