It looks like he intends for the Labor Secretary to move to prevent the April 1 start of the application of that rule. That would be a direct blow to the "middle class" he claimed to be running for, a direct contradiction of his stated commitment to a new deal for working americans (at least those lucky enough to still have a pension plan although now a defined contribution rather than as before the defined benefit sort of pension plan).
