Suggestion for Économique Update: $2500 Hamilton tickets

Thanks to the glories of the free-market, this Harvard economist bought Hamilton tickets for his family--modestly priced at $2500 each: http://mobile.nytimes.com/2016/10/23/upshot/i-paid-2500-for-a-hamilton-ticket-im-happy-about-it.html

Thanks for the article suggestion; I had seen this and commented on it about 2 weeks ago during the radio show "Economic Update." The Harvard professor G. Mankiw is famous for being a walking microeconomics textbook (he is the author of one in fact) who actually believes all the ideologically infused neoclassical economics as if it were God's truth that he is appointed to deliver to lesser mortals.
