Harriet Fraad explores the impact of our dysfunctional economy on personal and family life in America. She looks at America's dysfunctional day care, child care and after school programs as well as our interpersonal relationships and families which are in economic and psychological upheaval. Finally she discusses solutions that are accessible to and for Americans now.
3 - 4p Dr. Richard D. Wolff - "Dysfunctional Economy"
Richard Wolff analyzes the long-term causes and consequences of the economic crisis now in its third year. He explains that government policies do not address the basic roots of the crisis because those roots reveal the need for basic structural changes. An outline of such basic changes forms the conclusion of this presentation.
